Today Sony Ericsson has launched the world’s first phone to tap into the PS3 remotely. Its in slider form factor and It uses the remote play function PSP owners will be familiar with, serving up photos, videos and music from the console at home, no matter where you are. Read on for all the details

Probably, Aino is the final model name and with this name the phone will be launched to the market. Aino has 3.0″ 240×432 pixels TFT touchscreen, which supports up to 16,777,216 colors. Sony Ericsson Aino has only 55 MB of internal memory, but it supports SanDisk microSD™ cards. 8GB SanDisk microSD™ card will be included to the box of the phone. Aino has 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus and photo flash.The Sony Ericsson Aino is a beautiful phone. Using both a touchscreen and keypad, it packs 3G skills, Wi-Fi and an 8 megapixel camera, but the real selling point is its ability to tap into the PS3 from afar.Whether it’s using a Wi-Fi network or 3G, it can suck up video, photos or music using Wi-Fi or 3G. But that’s not all.

The Aino is also the first Sony Ericsson phone to come with a Wi-Fi dock included. Plonk the phone down and it’ll sync media from your PC wirelessly. It also comes with stereo Bluetooth headphones, also charging from the dock. It’s a swish little package and no mistake.

One thing we are sure for that it’s a cracking media phone, and tapping into live TV (assuming you’ve got a PS3 and PlayTV box at home) is going to slap a grin all over some gamer’s faces. But without the actual games, it falls slightly short of bowling us completely over

Sony Ericsson Aino has full PlayStation3 compatibility. The new Aino has a real Sony Style look and it is looking like a real PlayStation Portable device. Aino will be available in two nice colours: Obsidian Black and Luminous White. To the box of Aino will be included design-matched Charging Stand EC100 and Wireless Stereo Headphone MH100, which has the same colour variations like Aino.
